Dual Shear Mixing

Low shear mixing and high shear homogenization in one package. Allows mounting of 3 tubes or sensors including our armored pH sensors. This allows a single mixer to combine ingredients and then homogenize them without being removed for cleaning. Compatible with robotic systems. 

This patented device is able to mix samples under different shear regimes– Low shear using the external paddles or high shear using the internal homogenizer. Mounting is provided for 3 tubes or sensors of 1/8" diameter. Fully computer controllable. Constant speed with current feedback allows estimation of viscosity.
